Members of this ministry are couples from the parish who in turn host an evening meeting for parents of all children to be baptised on a particular Sunday.  The meetings include discussion about what baptism means to the parents and how they chose their child’s godparents. The host couple also helps the parents to select the readings for the Baptism and to arrange for different family members to play a part in the ceremony.  Any queries the parents may have about baptism and the baptismal ceremony are also addressed.
