Ecumenical Affairs

Those in this ministry participate directly in the activities of the Canterbury Council of Churches.  The member churches are Anglican, Baptist, Presbyterian, Salvation Army and Uniting.  The main activities of the Council are Lenten Lectures or scripture study groups, Good Friday Stations of the Cross in Highfield Park, Services for Christian Unity, Annual breakfast with Speaker, Christmas Carols in Canterbury Gardens and special united services and concerts at times of great crisis.
