to put the annual parish pastoral plan into operation, to co-ordinate it
and to review it;
to ensure that the messenger system, the Welcome Word to all parishioners,
and the planned events serve the parish objective of the gradual building
up of a Christian community;
to ensure that the parish structures serve to involve all parishioners
in the process of evangelisation;
to prepare for and lead the Parish Assembly.
Each of the nine zones has a representative on the P.C.T., and the ex-officio
members are the members of the parish team and the principal of St. Dominic's
School. The P.C.T. meets monthly. Members usually serve a 2-year
termwhich begins with the annual Parish Assembly.
